Gianluca Misiti and Roberto Latini in a concert for piano and spoken voice. In the stripping away of the stage and every scenotechnical apparatus, the golden record of the founding core of Fortebraccio Teatro, featuring the best of the collaboration between the two artists begun in 1994. More than thirty years of fervent production distilled into a tribute to the present time built from all past theatres.
Roberto Latini, actor, author and director, graduated in Rome at Il Mulino di Fiora directed by Perla Peragallo, in 1992. Founder of the company Fortebraccio Teatro, active from 1997 to 2018. He directed Teatro San Martino in Bologna from 2007 to 2012. Over the years he received the Premio Sipario (2011), the Premio Ubu 2014 and 2017 as Best Actor or Performer, the Critics’ Prize 2015 and Premio Le Maschere del Teatro italiano 2021 for the best performance Mangiafoco. He is currently part of the Compagnia Lombardi Tiezzi.
Gianluca Misiti, musician and composer, began working in the mid-1990s within the Italian pop music scene, playing keyboards for artists such as Max Gazzè, Paola Turci, Marina Rei and above all Daniele Silvestri. In addition to the music for Roberto Latini’s performances, with whom he founded Fortebraccio Teatro, he has composed several film soundtracks, obtaining in 2013 a nomination for the David di Donatello awards and in 2015 the special Telesio D’Argento prize. In 2017 he won the Premio Ubu as “Best Sound Project” for I giganti della Montagna and Il Cantico dei Cantici directed by Roberto Latini.
