Between Me and P. was born from the radical need to reappropriate a family history. Peter disappeared voluntarily in 1987 at the age of 22, leaving no trace. After twenty-five years, Filippo, the younger brother, has started a long search to try to get closer to him and understand what led to his decision to disappear. The research is an attempt to shed light on a silent and pervasive absence, and its scenic elaboration is a possibility to transmit a story that speaks deeply to the individual and collective present.

Filippo Michelangelo Ceredi was born in Locarno in 1982. He grew up and studied in Milan, where he graduated in philosophy with a thesis on "The function of passions and violence in Greek tragedy". He worked as assistant to Marco Bechis in the film Il sorriso del capo (2011), in collaboration with Istituto Luce, and in the web series Il rumore della memoria (2014). He assists Iacopo Patierno in the creation of the web series for the Italian-Mozambican project Il teatro fa bene (2016) and directs works as video maker. Since 2012 he has been training in theatre, following the workshops of the Teatro delle Moire and working as a technician for theatrical projects. In 2016 he debuts at the Danae Festival with Between Me and P., presented later at the Santarcangelo Festival 2017.
