FREE PARTICIPATION

The workshop is open to anyone wishing to explore and learn theatre techniques, both experienced performers and novices. The course includes training designed for the actor and performer. From physical preparation - breath, rhythm, movement - to the refinement of those qualities that are indispensable to face and sustain the stage - listening, the ability to design scenic space and time, the ability to interact with the external event. In particular, a training exercise in the double register of physical control and emotional expression will be proposed.

The Anagoor company was founded in Castelfranco Veneto in 2000, immediately configuring itself as an experiment in collectivity. Today, the direction of Simone Derai and Marco Menegoni continues to be joined by artists and professionals who enrich its path and underline its collective nature. Anagoor's theatre responds to an iconic aesthetic that precipitates into different final formats where performing art, philosophy, literature and the hypermedia scene enter into dialogue. Anagoor was awarded - among several other prizes - the Silver Lion for Theatre at the Venice Biennale in 2018 and is resident artist in Germany of the Theater an der Ruhr.
