“Bonds” is Marlena Niestrój's solo, mixing theater and dance with the aesthetic of bondage. This performance is a reflection over bonds and life tangles and over the forces they contain: on the one hand, the social part, on the other, the individual part, with a strenght that can tear any life apart. The audience walk the path together with the main character of this performance without words, moving thorugh a sort of 'initiation'. During the trip, as it happens in life, there are extremes that appear as conflicting forces: pleasure and pain, freedom and chains, life and the memory of something gone. But it isn't so. These extremes are two sides of the same coin: they complete each other, they intersect and intertwined. The performance is meant for an adult audience.
